Audrey L. Herndon

General
I have been active in real estate appraisal since 1999. I received my residential training through several
companies in Houston, TX. I hold a Certified Residential Appraiser License for the State of Texas,
License no. TX-1338591-R and I am currently seeking an SRA designation as an active Associate
Member of the Appraisal Institute. Additionally, I am certified to perform FHA appraisals and up to date on standards and requirements for HUD/FHA.

Education
I attended Sam Houston State University on scholarship from the Texas Department of Education from
1999-2001; received an Associates of Applied Science from Tomball Community College in 2002;
Graduated in 2004 from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in
Photography.

Experience
I have worked as a Residential appraiser for over 9 years, having received my state license in May of
2007, and the past years 4 as a certified residential appraiser. I have performed appraisals of all types to
including: high-end and unique property appraisal, FHA, proposed construction, refinance, new
construction, small income producing housing, small apartments, foreclosure including cost to cure,
divorce and estate settlement, multi-family, condominium, relocation, and rural property.

•October 2004 – July 2007: Employed by Bill Jackson & Associates, an appraisal firm located at 17024 Butte Creek Dr, Houston, TX; ph. 281.444.7744; performed residential appraisals.

•July 2007- Current: Employed by Leland Conn & Associates, an appraisal firm located at 1331 Serene Trails, Tomball, TX; ph. 281.255.9293; performing residential and commercial appraisals.

•December 2010- Current: Owner, Valuation Services as senior appraiser and president; perform residential appraisals, appraisal consulting and review.
